Security

Security of our customers' personal information is Frontier 's top priority. Frontier is hosted on a secure Salesforce Server using HTTPS, which forces the use of SSL and will not store user information. SSL or "Secure Sockets Layer" is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This encrypted link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. In other words, when you enter and save your personal information into Frontier , it is encrypted to ensure no one other than Frontier can see or receive that data.

In addition to SSL, Frontier uses secure-flagged, session-based cookies to store only language preferences and user names. Passwords, personal data and payment information are not stored in cookies in order to maximize our customers' data protection. Salesforce uses TLS 1.2 or Higher: Transport Layer Security, or TLS, is the most widely deployed security protocol for web browsers and other applications that require data to be securely exchanged over a network. To ensure the most secure environment and continued payment card industry compliance, Salesforce requires all secure org connections to use TLS 1.2 or higher. More information can be found on

Frontier integrates with several additional tools to facilitate payment, scheduling and recording keeping to provide you with an easy and positive online experience when registering and paying for our services or providing us with your information. Each of your interactions with those tools is also secured via SSL, in addition to the security protocols provided individually by each tool. Salesforce

Salesforce is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management system.  Frontier uses Salesforce to manage our relationship with our customers to ensure a seamless experience to our customer for the many services we offer. Information you provide to us, whether via  Frontier , fax, mail, or in-person, is securely stored within our Salesforce account per Salesforce's security protocols. Access to your personal information by  Frontier staff is limited by job function, so your personal information will only be viewed by personnel who need access in order to provide you with the services you need or desire in order to complete your home purchase goals.

Stripe

When you purchase our services through Frontier , your online payment is securely processed via Stripe, inclusive of encrypting your credit card information. Stripe payment transactions and all data associated with that transaction are secured via Stripe's security protocols and Stripe's SSL.

Setster

When you book appointments through Frontier , you engage with Setster. Setster allows our customers to see when our staff members are available to meet individually depending on the customer's needs. If that service has an associated cost, Setster works in concert with Stripe to securely process both the appointment booking and the payment for that appointment. Setster runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS), each customer implementation is run within its own VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) with its own security controls to isolate it from others. This means that, when you book an appointment through Frontier Compass, the minimal personal data required in order for Setster to correctly and securely book that appointment is kept separately and securely from anyone else's data as they book an appointment.
